My name is Chichi Ahia and I am a real estate agent with Keller Williams Real Estate, Southern Bucks County Campus in Langhorne, PA.

I would like to, first of all, take a moment to thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We know that there is certainly no shortage of Real Estate Agents and/ or real estate websites available to you, and so, we value this opportunity that we have to connect with you.

This is typically the section of a website that is set aside for the site owner (myself in this case) to make you aware of how smart, talented, handsome, etc. they are. I will spare you the time and reading because I am conscious of the fact that a barrage of rhetoric as to how competent I am (which, by the way, would be nearly impossible to substantiate within the scope of this dialogue) is of little use to you. (And besides, you can just look at my picture to marvel at how handsome I am!)

What I can tell you, however, is the banner under which my team and I operate:

"When was the last time your expectations were exceeded?"

This is more than a slogan. It’s our team’s culture. It is our aim at all times to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them. You see, we are aware that our industry is often characterized by agents and lenders who often over promise, under deliver, and even, at times, deal unethically. That being said, we will keep our promises simple. We won’t promise you that your home will sell in 5 days for 25% above market value. We won’t guarantee that you will purchase your next home at 50% of its value. We won't blindly insist that you will double your money on an investment property within the next two years. We will, however, promise you the following:

  1. We will do what we say we will do. If we say it, you can count on it.

  2. We will offer you the highest level of professional service. (All the bells and whistles.)

  3. We will always be completely honest with you.

  4. We will not make excuses. We will create solutions. 

  5. Your best interest will remain our top priority.
